In order to ensure the commonality and safety of this hotel, all guests are to follow the following rules as per Article 10 of the Lodging Agreement.

1. Even in smoking rooms, please do not smoke on beds or other places which are easily flammable.

2.Please do not avoid using heating or cooking fires as well as irons, etc. in the hotel which are not furnished by the hotel.

3.Do not bring the following things into the rooms.
(a) Animals or other pets (b) Things which emit a strong odor
(c) Significantly large quantities of articles
(d) Things that are liable to ignite or catch fire such as explosive articles, oil or other dangerous articles
(e) Firearms or swords
(f) Other things deemed to endanger the other guests

4.Please use the lobby or restaurant to meet with guests from outside the hotel. Meeting inside the rooms is not allowed.

5.Please do not talk loudly, sing, or otherwise create loud noise which will cause inconvenience to the other guests.
Please do not use the facilities and various articles furnished by the hotel for purposes other than their intended use without consulting the hotel.
Please do not move the facilities and various articles furnished by the hotel to other places or otherwise rearrange them without consulting the hotel.

6.Please do not engage in gambling or other activities which violate public morals in the hotel.

7.When a minor is deemed to require a guardian, they may be denied lodging.

8.Please do not distribute advertisements, place bulletins, or sell articles, etc. within the hotel.

9.Please do not order delivery food from outside the hotel except from places that are contracted as such with the hotel.

10. Please do not use the facilities and various articles furnished by the hotel for purposes other than their intended use without consulting the hotel.

11.Please do not move the facilities and various articles furnished by the hotel to other places or otherwise rearrange them without consulting the hotel.
If you cannot follow rules 1-11 above even after hotel staff has attempted to deter or warn you, you may be denied continued lodging.

12.When you intend to change your planned number of lodging days, please contact staff at the front desk promptly.

13.If you are staying for a long time, you will be asked to please pay in advance for each 1 week period. Furthermore, when your bill exceeds the amount you have paid, you will be charged the additional amount at that time.

14.You can deposit cash and valuables with the front desk during your stay. However, you cannot deposit any articles which are easily damaged such as works of art or antiques. Furthermore, this hotel shall bear no responsibility for theft or loss of articles within the hotel.

15.The deposit period for items deposited with the cloakroom, etc., will be a period of 3 months from the date of deposit except where otherwise specified.

16.If the building, facilities, or other articles within the hotel are damaged, destroyed, or soiled for reasons other than acts of god, the lodger may be charged a suitable amount to compensate for this.

17. If you lose the room key for your room, you will be charged the amount required to change the lock.
