"Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT)" serves as a departure and arrival hub for shuttle buses to Narita Airport (119 busses per day taking about 55 minutes) and Haneda Airport (57 busses per day taking about 25 minutes), as well as serving as an entryway to Tokyo's skies used by domestic and international travellers due to its good access conditions such as being few minutes from Tokyo Station by taxi and directly connected to Suitengumae Station and parking which is accessible directly from the Shuto Expressway. Inside there are restaurants, various shops, a multipurpose hall, etc. which many people use for a variety of purposes such as dinners and parties.
When exiting Suitengumae Station from the turnstile toward T-Cat there is a moving walkway so you can connect to the shuttle bus boarding area directly and comfortably even if you have heavy luggage or it is raining outside.
